Xero support is usually at its best when it fits the way the business already works. That might mean a clean migration from another system, tightening a messy existing file, or training staff so the day-to-day process becomes easier rather than more software-heavy.
Because Thompson Daly is also handling the accounting and tax side, the setup decisions can be checked against reporting, GST, payroll, and year-end requirements at the same time. That tends to produce a more durable result than treating the software in isolation.
